TBI – The Baking Institute is lluvia's initiative to make professional baking education accessible, practical and entrepreneurial in its approach.
TBI is designed for aspiring bakers, homemakers, working professionals and individuals who dream of turning their passion for baking into a profession or a sustainable business. It goes beyond teaching recipes to help students understand the complete journey of building a bakery venture.
Through hands-on training, practical knowledge and business-oriented learning, TBI equips students with the skills and confidence to bake professionally, develop products, understand costing and pricing, plan menus, manage customers and explore opportunities to start and grow their own baking businesses.
